I offer a range of hands-on treatments that help to eliminate painful problems such as back and neck pain, headaches, muscle tension and TMJ as well as occupational overuse. These include, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Laser Photo Therapy and Quantum-Touch®.

In addition to body work, I use a Total Body method that works with the blocks that keep you stuck. This approach is a synthesis of all my training and uses mind, body and energy awareness techniques, muscle testing, intuition and gentle inquiry to bring about change.Clients love this method as it helps identify the unconscious priorities for transformation and healing. Sessions can be in person, or over Skype for national and international clients.
